Beer Description
La Querelle is the beer that Mystery won a silver medal with at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival. It is Mystery Brewing Company’s try at an old Belgian recipe that includes barley, oats, wheat, and buckwheat. Our version is made using Aramis (rather than the traditional Strisselspalt) hops and a blend of five different European weizen and wit yeasts. It is smooth, fruity, minerally, and altogether unique.
