A Dusseldorf style ale brewed with Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner, Light Munich and just a touch of Carafa malts for color. Hopped with German Perle and Saphir hops from the Hallertau region. Expect a mildly sweet, bready malt body with a crisp, firmly bitter finish. Nicola was cold conditioned to give you a crisp, clean bier that is perfect for celebrating the Fall season!
