Beer Description
Our Bock Bier utilizes locally grown organic cascade hops from the 2014 growing season. It is unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and conforms to the “Reinheitsgebot” or German Beer Purity Law which states that beer can only be brewed with four ingredients: water, malt, hops, and yeast. It is smooth, refreshing, and finishes clean with both noticeable hop and malt notes in balance. At 6% ABV it is very drinkable and leaves room to have another.
