Beer Description
100% Brettanomyces-fermented Belgain strong pale ale released once a year to celebrate our founding. Itβs fermented and aged in a solera system of wine barrels, and each year we pull a portion of the aged beer for serving and replace it with fresh beer. This creates a continously evolving beer while maintaining a common thread year to year. This year we blended a fresh batch fermented in stainless with the second pull from our solera barrels. Anniversaria pours a pale gold and bursts with Pinneapple and other tropical fruit along with a subtle oak chatacter.
