A dunkle IPA hand crafted with 100% 2 row malts, Munich, caramel, and dark roasted malts brewed in small batches in our copper seven barrels brewing system using selected bittering hops, an abundance of estate grown Saaz, and lots, & lots of more noble hops. The Negra India Pale Ale showcases the coffee, chocolate and rich malt attributes from the caramel and dark roasted malts layered with 70 IBUs of bittering and noble hops.
