Beer Description
Typically IPA aroma of grapefruit , lime and tangerine. Good, solid bitterness at the end.
Orange – golden color . Close , White foam with good stability . Typically IPA aroma of grapefruit , lime and tangerine . Much closer mouthfeel than usual for Mikkeller IPA in this weight class with regard to alcohol. There is no question of increased density on the basis of residual sugar ; beer stands bone dry . There is a good , solid bitterness at the end , but it is less marked than usual for Mikkeller . In relation to the purpose , to make beer specifically to be able to play with food , it works really well. The bitterness is here certainly present, but it is well integrated . The entire beer appears largely harmonious , and I am about to appoint it to my new favorite throughout Mikkellers range of IPAs. Collaboration with MAD Brewing.
