This is a monovarietal cider… quite a rarity in Spain, where ciders are generally made of blends of sometimes up to 25 types of apples. Also, this cider is lightly filtered in order to maximize the expression of Regona Apple. Bright and clear. Tart, fresh apple fruit in complimented by gentle kisses of lavender and beeswax. A brilliant, pure expression of apple.
