Beer Description
Appears officially in 2015 at the Festival of Blumenau beer , the BasiliCow was born collecting awards: gold medal in herb / spiced Beer and best beer of the year in Brazil III contest of beers.
The BasiliCow has homebrews origins : our pots was born a recipe of a Witbier made ββwith (very) basil planted in front of the factory. Fresh basil give the beer a herbal aroma very intense , trademark of this ingredient. Those who know us know that our motto is " more is better " , that is , it’s really basil !
