Beer Description
This is a version of S.O.S (Save our Shore) that is cask conditioned and has pumpkin and peaches added. The beer is produced in the brewhouse and then fermented and aged in the same manner as S.O.S. During aging, pumpkin puree and fresh louisiana peaches are added to the aging tank. The pumpkin adds a fuller body and mouth feel and the peaches add a subtle flavor and armona of the fruit. The result is a full-bodied cask beer with a pleasant and fruity aroma and flavor.
