Aecht Schlenkerla Kräusen is an amber-colored, unfiltered lager beer with beautiful malt flavors and a slight smokiness. It matures for months in the deep rock cellars underneath the Schlenkerla brewery and is krausened with Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier just before kegging.
