A Borgorose winter’s cold, very cold for this fermentation of this beer is still, literally, for 6 months, and will start only in the spring. Total time of maturity: 12 months, at the end of which is bottled in bottles of 0.375. The result is really good: a dark beer, the high alcohol content and amazing drinkability. Vanished quickly the foam, the beer has an aroma with earthy, woody, very rustic, with vinous relatively dormant. Poorly tingling the palate is immediately struck by the alcohol of beer, striking but not obtrusive. And ’beer surprisingly soft, warm and enveloping, with the right tones of roasted and wood, which gradually decreases, leaving room for a proper maltatura and soft. It has an overall balance perfect, you drink and long remember.
