Our flagship Belgian Blonde is a true Belgian style Blonde Ale; a light copper colored ale we brew it with Belgian Pilsner and specialty malts, which provide a distinctive yet exceptionally smooth flavor. A small amount of Rye malt contributes to the delicate herbal and spicy undertones. The yeast strain is also of Belgian origin and provides nuance and complexity. As is customary in Belgium, we use the finest Bohemian ââ¬ÅNobleââ¬Â hops which balance perfectly with the malt and yeast flavors.
