This beer is brewed with pumpkin, yams, toasted fenugreek, lemon verbena, & birch bark.

The pumpkins here come from Stone farms – 100% organically grown estate gourds.

The Appearance: Clear chestnut color with a thick tan head. Good amount of carbonation. The Aroma: Malty with a mild ginger scent. Spicy and herbal. The Taste: A blend of earthy flavors, a bit medicinal. Mild roasted pumpkin seeds and some citrus notes. Has a bitter finish with I assume is from the toasted fenugreek. Light to medium bodied. Interesting collaboration but was expecting much more from the 3 breweries involved.
