Pours a hazy amber with a foamy white head. The yeast is dominating the aroma. It has a nice sweet and herbal scent with some breadiness. I'm getting pear juice in the taste, along with spicy herbs and a sweet finish. I'm not tasting the Thai Basil at all. Interesting Tripel, though I won't be searching this one out again.
