Oatmeal Rye India Brown Ale (ORIBA) is dark brown in color with a complex nose displaying notes of pine, citrus, chocolate, rye, dark caramel and slight notes of wood. We use over 10% Oats in this beer to give it a silkier mouth feel and we pack over 24% of 3 different rye varietals to achieve a complex, spicy rye character. Of course we can’t help but balance it all out with lots of American hops.
