We love our lager yeast so much that we’re gonna keep pumpin’ ‘em out. Today we’re tapping Ligero, a black lager. It’s a traditional schwarzbier: black, roasted and nutty. It’s low in alcohol at about 5% and quite easy to quaff. Look for Ligero in the tasting room, or at your favorite pub: we made a lot of it, so it’ll hit distribution!
