Wild Wild Brett is a series of R&D beers created to showcase the versatility of Brettanomyces, a yeast found naturally all over the world. Historically considered ”wild yeast”, Brett is responsible for 100% of the fermentation in the bottle you hold. This third installment of the series which incorporates turmeric, mango and Indian coriander was inspired by the savory sweet combinations found in Southern Indian cuisine. Yellow pours a golden hue delivering tropical fruit aromas with earthy citrus flavors and a dry tart finish.
