Deus – truly the sparkling divine drink based on barley. Every sparkling glass of Deus is the result of a months-long manufacturing process in which the best of two methods is combined. In Belgium the master brewer ferments the beer. After that Deus will be travelled to France where it is transformed into a sparkling divine drink using a centuries old technique. The yeast is removed from the bottle by freezing its neck. The frozen bung of yeast is driven by the pressure in the bottle.
