Beer Description
Our vernal offering, released on the equinox. In celebration of daylight consuming the night. This beer is a brilliant gold and features tasting notes reminiscent of citrus fruits, exotic spices, and features a smooth finish.
It’s a tripel brewed with oats and wheat, rather than pilsner malt. A bit sour from wine yeast, and spicy from the addition of grains of paradise. Very unique.
