Beer Description
A refreshing German-style wheat beer fermented with a unique Hefeweizen yeast strain. Basically, the same recipe as the Summer Session, minus the ginger and lemon grass, with German Hallertauer Tradition hops instead of Aurora. All of the banana and clove flavors are derived from the yeast. Dry-hopped in the lagering tank.
