A new take on the hoppy, pale beer, this IPL is hopped like an English IPA, but is also clean finishing like a lager. Intercontinental is so named because we have used both American and European varieties of hops resulting in moderately high hop aromas that are floral, earthy and fruity in nature. What separates this from an ale (besides the yeast strain) is the clean finish with no diacetyl or fruity esters.
Overall Intercontinental is a hoppy, moderately strong pale lager that features characteristics of an English IPA with the clean finish of a lager.
