Beer Description
A perfect summer style, our saison is the best way to embrace the season after a long day of work in the field, office, or otherwise.
Our Solo Series Saison is an homage to the roots of this classic style, the origins of which go back to 1700’s Belgium when it was brewed by farmers for the workers tending the summer crops. Using an historical yeast strain, we built a recipe to showcase the characteristics we have come to expect from a saison. Hazy golden in appearance, this is a thirst-quenching beer with crisp citrus and ripe pear notes huddled around a refreshing dry finish that highlights the layers of light pepper and spice that only this traditional yeast can provide.
