Citrisy but pumpkiny. Crisp with no aftertaste. At the back of the throat it did get a bit seltzery. Refreshing though. Summery and sharp. This is something you eat with a nice sandwich or some eggplant parm on a fall day. I taste whiskey when I inhale after I sip.
