The Fette Sauv has a pilsner malt base, is fermented with Sauvignon Blanc Yeast and aged with toasted French oak, passionfruit, and a generous amount of Summit (think tangerine) hops. Very crisp, with a big passionfruit nose and luscious mouthfeel. A refreshing summer beer that pairs perfectly with BBQ.
