FADE TO BLACK Ã¢â¬â our non-traditional, kick-you-in-the-ass ale that mirrors the available sunlight from October thru March. The name will stay the same (as well as the packaging) each year, but the style won’t.

Delicious peppery ale, like a shiraz. Too bad it is not a year-long permanent choice. Update: a short flight with this in a mix including a double IPA, led me to realize it is too sweet for me; but probably great with a Pepper Steak or hot Japanese steak--they tend to be sweet and sour mixtures too.
