This traditional German style hefeweizen is yellow-hued, unfiltered and cloudy with a big rocky head. Brewed with 60% wheat malt and 40% barley malt. The Munich yeast strain produces strong banana-like esters and clove aroma. This beer is mildly hopped with Tettnanger and Hallertauer hops to balance the malty sweetness. Although some may enjoy a wedge of lemon on this beer, we think it is best on its own.
