Beer Description
Sour/oak aged Biere de Garde. Maillot Jaune is the base beer for many of our fruited sours.
Aged 3 months in a Merlot used cask with had added a sourness and wild character to the base Biere De Garde. Brewed in honor of the Tour De France, “Maillot Jaune” or “Yellow Jersey”. The Grand Reserve version has been aged an additional 6 months plus in the barrel and is now listed at 8% ABV.
