Pours a gorgeous clear copper with a fluffy off-white head. Rings of lacing all over the glass. The aroma is full of sweet caramel, candied fruits, honey and spices. Caramel malt is right up front in the taste. Finishes off with a nice bitter hoppy backbone with notes of grapefruit and earthy pine. I would've like a little more hop and less malt. Still a very well balanced and delicious beer.
