Pours a hazy orange with a nice fluffy white head. Nice aroma with loads of grapefruit bitterness and some resinous pine. There’s also a nice bready, toasted malt backbone. The taste is pretty similar, dominated by the bitter grapefruit, orange peel and pine. The alcohol is definitely noticeable here. Medium to full bodied. Dry bitter finish. A bit of a disappointment from a brewery that has never let me down. Pretty decent, but I wouldn’t search it out again.
