The name refers to this being the second Nordic guest brew, that is developed together with Lasse Ericsson from Nynäshamn Ãâ¦ngbryggeri, south of Stockholm. The beer is top fermented and added honey before the fermentation, which results in a soft and creamy coffee black porter with a soft aroma of chocolate, coffee, and nuts. The flavor is dry, light, and elegant with notes of licorice and dried fruits. The bitterness is low and the harmonious aftertaste is dominated by licorice.
