Beer Description
An unconventional Christmas brew that departs from the tradition of Winter warmers being sweet and malty. Our Christmas brew is abundantly hopped with the four American C’s: Cascade, Chinook, Columbus and Centennial. Cinnamon and coriander provides the Christmas spirit and adds to the merriness. Brewed on Maris Otter ale malt, crystal malt, wheat malt, soft brown sugar and Demerare cane sugar. Olfabrikken Jule Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers.
