Beer Description
Light-bodied, with relatively low carbonation and limited bitterness/ aftertaste.
We first brewed a local alcohol beer and then added the Belgian yeast strain, thus creating our Midi, our Belgian-style Table Beer. Ideal for lunch or a midday meeting.
