Pours pitch black with a thick creamy frothy brown head. This is the best smelling beer ever! Sweet milk chocolate and more sweet milk chocolate. An adult version of a Frozen Hot Chocolate. Picking up some coffee and warming alcohol in the taste, but not much. It's all being kicked in the rear by the chocolate. The 11% ABV is nowhere to be found. This beer is ridiculous. Insanely Decadent! An Instant Classic!

Rich bitter sweet chocolate scent, taste and finish. It was a good beer but I do not favor chocolate beers as I thought I would. This chocolate is of the Torani syrup type that you find in Starbuck's; and less is more. I like my dark chocolate with dollops of peanut butter instead. :) Update: This too sweet concoction gave me a headache afterward.

The epitome of a great chocolate stout. Rich, dense, powerful... I liken it to an alcoholic Hershey's chocolate syrup. I'm compelled to order a pint or buy a bottle whenever I run across it.
