We took wet hops from the last day of harvest in Washington State and brewed a stepped up version of our IPA that we call Heavier Handed. It has substantially more wet hop in it than Heavy Handed. It is higher in alcohol and IBU’s. Then we moved it to one of our Foudres and dry hopped the heck out of it. It is sort of a bigger IPA or smaller double IPA whichever way you want to look at it.
