The beer pours a pale gold color with good head retention and decent lacing. The nose is quite attractive and complex, as I picked up light honey, dry citrus, something of a rye aroma, biscuit and bread dough. As good as this beer smells, it tasted even better, with a considerable hop wallop in the finish (the finish in this excellent pils was crisp, dry and quite bitter). The beer is a bit weighty and substantial on the palate, leading me to believe I was drinking a higher abv
