Pure Wit is a traditional Belgian-style wheat beer made with coriander, orange peel and a bit of oats. Itβs a beer that opens up significantly upon warming with floral aromatics providing a nice contrast to the straightforward grainy flavors. The overall character is distinctly tart and dry, similar to a champagne.
