Creative style bender, rauch and dubble. Excellent. Lucky enough to be at the pub on release date, 4 halfs gone in 3 hrs. Went to gift shop and bought a bottle for home, but ended up drinking it during dinner. Victory does a great job at using just a subtle amount of smokiness in all their smoked brews (ie Scarlet Fire, Smokin Oats, Helles Fire).

EXCELLENT!! Unlike anything I have had before. Was able to smell and taste the smokey flavor with first taste. It is very, very smooth...not as bitter as some. Overall taste cannot be beaten.

Pours a dark golden ruby with a small off-white head. The aroma is full of campfire smoke with a bit of belgian yeast in the background. The flavor is all smoke, more like a rauchbier. Lots of dark fruits and roasted malts on the tongue. A very creative and interesting beer.
