Not sure if this is a name change or two beers made by the same brewer but with labels too close to call. My green and black label for Wagner Valley Brewing Co. says Oatmeal Stout: Finger Lakes Region. Label confusion aside, I am not likely to have another regardless. This is another molasses stout. I do not like molasses/toffee stouts. In addition, there's no saving grace, like the - necessary for me - bitter finish. So far nearly all the stouts I could choose from the American Beer Distributors have been along the molasses type, while the stouts I chose from DeCiccio's in Ardsley were of the anise type. I prefer the latter. Still I made some good discoveries at the former, like McNeill's.

Light, but quite tasty. The taste itself was a little faint, but otherwise great.
