This is my first "belgian" and I am so pleased. You can really taste the difference in the yeast they use. It tastes like christmas to me, the spiced cider taste is well balanced by the aromatic hops. To me it did taste wild, and maybe a bit of seltzer... but in a good way, like it was enriched with minerals or something of the like. Did love it. Really didn't taste the lemongrass in this, which saddened me because the brewers were so proud of that addition. But all in all, wonderful.
