Beer Description
The Patagonian malt lends a subtle smoke flavor to the beer.
Replicale is a project we participated in through the Illinois Craft Brewers guild. We were one of the 33 breweries that took part in brewing this beer. Our version used 95% Pilsen malt, 2.5% Carared, 2.5% 170L Patagonian caramel malt, and all Cascade hops. The Patagonian malt lends a subtle smoke flavor to the beer.
