My senses have been awakened! Pours a beautiful reddish brown with a huge rocky head. As soon as I opened the bottle I was hit in the nose with cinnamon and nutmeg. The taste has all the ingredients of pumpkin pie. Nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and pumpkin. The guys at Weyerbacher recommended I try pouring some of the beer over a bowl of vanilla ice cream and ginger snap cookies. A must try!

This tastes like what I'd assume pumpkin juice to taste like in Harry Potter. It is spiced and pumpkin-y like pie. Very very flavorful. Had no beer'sh taste thouh, which was not unpleasant but odd. You wouldn't know it was 8%. There's no aftertaste and it has perhaps a slightly bitter note when you swallow, but all in all, it's like juice. If that's the way you like it then go for it, but I wanna try it again and see if it tastes more like "beer" another go around. This was a bottle from a supermarket, so I only expect so much from it. This is a beer you drink with a good meal. Warms up nicely too. All in all, I'd recommend. EDIT: Tried this again on tap at the Idle Hands Pumpkin Picking Party and I was just sooo disappointed. It tasted nothing like what I had. It was sharper, happier, with very little pumpkin. I remember it being flat in the bottle, this was carbonated and very much like a bitter Stella. So disappointed. I don't know how to rate it, but I guess try it for yourself?
