It took 2 years before we finally decided to make an IPA. To us an IPA should obviously have great hop character backed up by an interesting malt flavour and should by all means be dry, so that one can actually down a pint and order the next one right away. The hop varieties used are Chinook for bittering and Nelson Sauvin for flavour and aroma.
