Since the year 997 Mil, Dominique (aka Leo) and Frédérique (aka Fredo) Camus manufacture beer Northmæn according to Viking tradition. With Frédéric (aka Pic) and Romain, brewers have recently started new recipes: meadowsweet, blackcurrant, cherry … to complement the existing original panel.
