We used a California Ale yeast to ferment it out and keep the malt simple. Double Dry Hopped with Centennial, Citra, and Chinook. Tropical, juicy, and a bit of bitterness to keep it real.

Wakey Wakey is a coffee infused Saison coming in at 6% ABV. We used a light hand to add the coffee which lends a nice chocolate/roast flavor that lingers after the sip. It's not overpowering and very balanced with our house saison yeast culture.
