About the brewery

Reconciling ancestral know-how and spirit of tradition, Choulette Brasserie is the worthy heir of ancestral farms breweries. This is the beginning of the Grand choleur and Cholette (pronounced Choulette). Now tasting beer, the girl wants Choulette beers that flowed in Tales of a beer drinker or King Gambrinus. Indeed, what more natural than using the name derived from the ancient game Choulette to describe a beer brewed in the tradition of craft brewers of Hainaut. A beer brewed in a brewery firm whose activity began in 1885.
