Jamaican Style Lager. Brewed with Pilsner malt, Cassava Starch and Hops from the Hallertau. Prominent malt, light in body with a low ester derived fruitiness from the cassava with a lasting finish.
Traditionally using a single decoction mash and Seitz Farm noble hops from our friends in the Hallertau. Fruity and phenolic, notes of banana bread, cloves, and vanilla with a full creamy mouth feel.
