We use lots of orange blossom honey in this brew. It has a deep straw color and low hop bitterness. Alcohol content is 5.01% by volume. -

This beer has a light amber color, medium-low bitterness,clean and smooth with initial malt sweetness and light roasted malt finish. -

IPA · 6.8% ABV
This is a big, hoppy beer. Our IPA has a light amber color, strong hop flavor with assertive bitterness. Three varieties of hops are balanced with a toasty malt presence.
