Eddy Pourtois brews its first beer by himself. It gives rise to a amber that still holds a prominent place in our current range of beers. The brewery was born in Orsinfaing Ste Hélène No. 21. It is this origin who gave his name to the brewery and its beers will anchor in the country and the tradition Gaume.
