The Quality of Our Beers

We use only high-quality raw materials in the brewing process. These include the finest aroma and bitter hops, as well as malting barley from the best growing areas, the finest yeast from our own pure culture systems and the purest soft water from the brewery’s own wells. The use of these high-quality ingredients and the craftsmanship of our master brewers guarantee all-round beer enjoyment.

The Quality of Our Brewery

When it comes to technology we do not accept any compromises either. Beer brewing includes a number of processing steps where the highest levels of accuracy and reliability are required. In order to be able to guarantee the consistently high quality of our beer over the long term, Würzburger Hofbräu have recently invested in innovative technology.
As a result our fully automatic process control and monitoring system for all of the brewing steps – from the receipt of raw materials, through the mashing-in, fermentation and conditioning of our beers to their delivery – complies with the latest ecological and economic standards. As a responsible brewery we feel we owe this to our customers so that in the future our successful partnership will continue ‘under a lucky star’.
