Join Wildfire Oakbrook for five courses of food and craft beer featuring New Belgium Brewing Company. Each course will be paired with New Belgium’s most popular beer, including its most famous, Fat Tire, to create the ultimate beer and food pairing experience. Guest speaker Greg Sadowski from New Belgium will share the company’s insight into the world of brewing delicious beers with loads of character and aspiring ingredients. The dinner is priced at $40.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity and begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m.
